Utopia Mas UK was established in 2008, initially as a children’s band. David and Judith Brown are the designers for Utopia and have been involved in carnival for over 30years. We are a family run band and welcome all newcomers to experiencing carnival and joining our band. We pride ourselves on making good quality costumes and providing a great carnival experience on the road. We make children’s costumes, large scale character and adult costumes, as well as wheelchair costumes. We attend various other regional carnivals throughout the year as well as Notting Hill on carnival Sunday and Monday.
