Soca Massive Fancy Sailors UK has been developing and delivering creative arts projects and other training programmes involving Carnival Arts for approx 12 years. Soca Massive Fancy Sailors Carnival Band debuted at Notting hill Carnival in 2007 portraying traditional mass costumes and characters. 'Soca Massive Sound System' debuted on the 'Carnival Road' in 1985, played with Hoffman Travel for 10 years, 'Genesis Band' for four years and 'Rough Diamonds' for a for 3 years. In 1999 Soca Massive teamed up with 'Cocoyea' They won best Soca sound system on the road, 9 times. (88 to 97). They are established stalwarts of Carnival events. Soca Massive has also been a long standing participant in the Hackney Carnival for approximately 14 yrs.
