“My name is Debra Eden and I am on the advisory council as an active carnivalist, a participant in the arenas identified and a member of the local community. I consider myself a an active promotor of Carnival as a whole. I am a dedicated and enthusiastic person with many years experience in Mas, Steelpan and working as a writer in the calypso tent.

From an early age I became involved in Notting Hill Carnival as a masqurader and pan player. After travelling and teaching pan for 25 years my focus now is the evolution of carnival arts. I consider myself someone who is connected and invested in my culture and progress."
